项目更新细节
当地时间1月2日，安大略省提名项目（OINP）公布了国际学生类别的申请要求更新信息，该项目放宽了教育方面的申请要求。
新的教育要求为以下任意一项：
- 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少2年全日制大学课程，获得学位或文凭；或
- 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少1年全日制研究生课程，获得学位或文凭；或
- 完成符合要求的安大略省专上院校至少1年全日制大学课程，获得毕业证书；或
- 完成符合要求的安大略省专上院校至少1年全日制研究生课程，获得毕业证书
原本的教育要求为以下任意一项：
- 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少2年全日制大学课程，获得学位或文凭；或
- 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少1年制课程，获得学位、文凭、或证书，该课程要求有学士学位为入学条件
在此之前，持有符合要求的加拿大专上教育机构颁发的一年期证书的申请人，若想要通过OINP国际学生类别进行申请，前提是该课程要求以完成学位作为入学的先决条件。
现在，项目更新后，任何获得安大略省学院1年制课程毕业证书的申请人都符合教育要求。
这些新项目要求自2024年1月1日起生效。在此日期之前递交的申请不受此变化的影响。
国际学生类别申请条件：
1. 符合以下任意一项要求：
– 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少2年全日制大学课程，获得学位或文凭；或
– 完成符合要求的加拿大专上院校至少1年全日制研究生课程，获得学位或文凭；或
– 完成符合要求的安大略省专上院校至少1年全日制大学课程，获得毕业证书；或
– 完成符合要求的安大略省专上院校至少1年全日制研究生课程，获得毕业证书
2. 至少一半以上的学习是在加拿大境内完成
3. 有一份长期全职的工作机会， NOC TEER 0,1,2,3 类职业
4. 毕业两年内提交申请
